Clinical Supervision
Helping people thrive.
Becoming a truly great therapist doesn’t “just happen”.
Nor does any great therapist arrive at some perfect-finish-line, put their feet up, and stop learning.
Just as any great relationship takes continual focus on building specific knowledge and skill, developing your clinical practice does, too.
The work of the therapist is also a calling, which makes this work a true labour of love…
… and the way you hold space, is a unique, natural, and beautiful expression of who you are.
It’s an exquisite, heart enriching, deeply challenging, sometimes scary-extreme-sport, and one I know well.
My supervision style doesn’t preach specific approaches, or expect that every therapist works the same.
However you’re trained and however you work, is welcome.
If you offer a healing clinical practice and are committed to evolving your clinical skills whilst growing personally as you’re doing so, I would love to work with you.
I work with Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Counsellors, and any healer who holds space for others.
Let’s identify your specific supervision needs, and see what we can create for you, together.

"From the very first session I really liked your approach with us, because you were not biased and also you were so clear and direct.”
Craig, Maroochydore
“Pamela has an ability to explain concepts very clearly. She helped us see how we could interpret things differently and make changes to reduce everybody's stress.”
Bec & Dave, Coolum
“After completing Pamela's Couples Toolkit, everything has changed. We now know how to really listen, so we both feel confident discussing any issue (rather than avoid it as we would so often do before). We don't get stuck when things go off track - we now know how to repair quickly. No more cycles of fighting followed by silence - it's such a massive relief. Thanks so much Pamela.”
Ruby & Matt, Sunshine Coast
